This hike is a journey through untouched Andean villages, where traditional lifestyles flourish. You’ll have opportunities to interact with local inhabitants and their llamas, offering a glimpse into the pastoral life that has remained unchanged for centuries.

The summit of the Pachacuteq Pass is a moment of triumph. Here, you’re surrounded by the grandeur of snow-capped peaks and serene glacial lakes, a landscape that feels otherworldly. After soaking in the views, we descend to a charming lunch spot by a glacial lake, a perfect setting to relax and refuel. The afternoon’s hike takes us downhill on ancient trails once trodden by the Incas, leading us to the Cancha Cancha Community. Here, we set up camp, enjoy dinner, and rest under the stars, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Andes.
