Lima – Paracas – National Reserve
Your journey begins early in the morning between 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM, with a pickup from your hotel in Lima (Miraflores, Barranco, or San Isidro). Relax and enjoy the scenic drive south along the coast, arriving in Paracas around 9:15 AM.
At 11:00 AM, we’ll start our tour of the Paracas National Reserve, a breathtaking coastal sanctuary. Visit the Playa Roja, famous for its unique red sands, and the beautiful Playa Yumaque. At Playa Lagunilla, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch (not included) at a local restaurant overlooking the ocean.
After the tour, we’ll return to your hotel for check-in at the Residencial Los Frayles, where you’ll spend the night. Use the evening to relax or explore the town of Paracas at your leisure.
Paracas – Ica – Huacachina – Lima
Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel before a 7:45 AM pickup. At 8:00 AM, embark on a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands, a wildlife sanctuary teeming with sea lions, penguins, and a variety of seabirds. Marvel at the stunning rock formations and the iconic Candelabro geoglyph. The tour lasts about 2 hours, offering incredible opportunities for wildlife photography.
At 12:00 PM, we’ll head to Ica, where you’ll visit a local winery to learn about the region’s winemaking traditions. Enjoy a delicious lunch (included) from a curated menu with traditional options.
In the afternoon, travel to the Huacachina Oasis, arriving around 3:30 PM. Spend some free time exploring this picturesque desert lagoon before embarking on an exciting buggy ride and sandboarding tour at 4:00 PM. Witness the stunning desert sunset as you glide over the sand dunes.
At 6:30 PM, we’ll begin the return journey to Lima, arriving at your hotel around 11:30 PM, concluding this incredible 2-day experience.
