Your adventure starts with a scenic 25-minute drive from your hotel in Cusco to the ancient site of Tambomachay. Here, you’re greeted by our expert team, including a talented chef and experienced horsemen. The journey commences with an invigorating uphill hike, during which you’ll enjoy stunning vistas of Cusco’s sprawling landscape, enriched by iconic sights like Sacsayhuaman and Puca Pucara. The path leads you to the serene Queullacocha Lake, a perfect setting for a lunch surrounded by the beauty of high-altitude nature.

Post-lunch, the trail ascends for 45 minutes to a breathtaking vantage point, offering panoramic views of sparkling lagoons and the majestic snow-capped Andean peaks. The remaining trek of about 3 hours, through a mix of terrains, takes you to the peaceful village of Pucamarca. Following your historical exploration, a lunch crafted by our chef awaits. The afternoon descent to Lamay for about 2 hours is followed by a drive to Ollantaytambo, a town rich in history. The day concludes with a train ride to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll relax in a comfortable local hotel, preparing for the next day’s adventure.
